Libby is truly a miracle dog. Keep reading to find out why. Libby started her life out with an owner who did not pay much attention to her, and caged her for most of the day. A year or so ago her owner decided to move to Florida, and asked our family (my mother and father in law) to watch her for several months. While in our care, through no fault of our own, Libby hurt her back and lost the use of her two back legs. The vet thinks she injured her back while jumping off of high beds and other furniture, as she is a small dog. Because she was partly paralyzed and lost the ability to control her bowels, the vet recommended putting her down. Libby's owner, still in Florida, agreed. But, my mother and father in law found a DOG CHIROPRACTOR who HEALED LIBBY! Working with the chiro, Libby fully regained the use of her legs, and with some training at home can now also potty outside. Truly a miracle dog! When Libby's owner came home and had had her back for a few weeks, my mother in law went to visit and found her owner was very frustrated with having to re-teach her potty skills. The owner told my mother in law that if she did not take her, she would have her put down. My mother in law took Libby back without hesitation, and the owner eventually just relinquished her. We are happy that Libby is healed, but my in-laws desperately need to find a new home for her. They never wanted to foster her or keep her, just to save her. Please consider taking this very special dog into your home. Libby is very sweet and playful and is good with kids. She NEEDS a forever home. (Less)

Cockapoo Dogs can make good pets in Michigan if they match your IifestyIe. A Cockapoo is a cross between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle. Cockapoos are friendly like Cocker Spaniels and shed very little like Poodles. Cockapoos are good family pets and may exhibit a wide variety of characteristics usual in either Cockers or Poodles. A Cockapoo may be half Cocker and half Poodle or have much more of one strain than the other.
